For the International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT), Renaissance Electronics has designed a low loss isolator covering 1.5 – 1.8 GHz with temperature stability over – 50°C to 75°C in a 1.25” x 1.25” x 0.75” package. The design is capable of handling 30W forward and 1W reverse.
