Renaissance Electronics Corporation, a leading supplier of RF & Microwave components and sub-systems (www.REC-USA.com) is looking for a Sales Administrator for its Harvard, MA facility.
The Sales Administrator is responsible for pre and post sales activity for all product lines. This includes, but is not limited to; lead follow-up, quotations, customer calls, post-sales service and trade show organization. This position requires excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written); and a strong ability to multi-task with an attitude of teamwork in order to balance team and individual responsibilities.
Specific responsibilities are as follows:
1. Coordinate pre-sales activity, including lead generation and quotation follow-up 2. Coordinate post-sales activity, to include ensuring superior service levels to customers and delivery date follow-up 3. Assist with maintenance of a Sales Rep network 4. Participate in sales calls and preparation for customer visits 5. Organize and assist with product trade shows 6. Provide sales support to all Product Line Sales Managers in the areas of quotations, sales calls and customer visits 7. Assist in other sales activities as needed
Minimum 6 months experience in a Sales environment College degree preferred

The primary focus of the Domestic Sales Manager is achieving the company vision through sales growth, new product development, customer acquisition, and sales team development and management for all REC/HXI product groups. You are the leader of promoting of the Companies to customers, government agencies and Field Sales Teams. You consistently motivate and manage a regional network of sales personnel to achieve organizational goals. Specific responsibilities are as follows: 1. Meet and/or exceed all sales goals. 2. Provide accurate and up to date Sales Forecasts. 3. Recommend marketing plans for product lines. 4. Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations pertaining to our marketplace. 5. Develop new business opportunities by customer, market segment, and product line. 6. Provide ongoing competitive market analysis. 7. Participate in the development and execution of effective marketing and advertising initiatives. 8. Improve sales processes and systems. 9. Resolve business and technical issues with customers. 10. Ensure AS9100 quality compliance. 11. Maintain intra-network links to customers ordering, delivery update, documentation, and quality systems. 12. Develop and manage a field rep network, updating field forecasts and periodically review performance. 13. Participate in new product market analysis. 14. Up to 25% travel may be required. 15. Additional sales related functions as needed. Desired Skills & Experience: Bachelor of Arts or Science in related field preferred Minimum 3-5 years direct sales/sales management experience in the RF/Microwave/Telecom field Key skills/competencies required for this position include: · Strong decision making and problem solving skills · Results focused in a competitive environment · Enthusiastic and energetic with exceptional interpersonal and oral/written communication skills · Leadership skills, including the ability to delegate appropriately to external sales reps · Effective planning and organization skills · Cost consciousness and business acumen to completely understand effect of actions on the overall business · Analytical skills · Understanding of Key Performance Indicators

We are looking for someone with industry experience and strong mechanical skills to handle the following responsibilities:
1. Design and generate part drawings and assembly drawings in both 2-D and 3-D using SolidWorks.
2. Troubleshoot manufacturing problems associated with present designs.
3. Interact with purchasing and vendors to expedite procurement of parts when needed.
4. Assist sales with customer interaction to resolve production and/or design issues.
5. Pursue innovative ways to cut costs while improving quality.
6. Review all ECNs for accuracy and completeness, identifying any existing products/parts that might be affected by proposed changes.
7. Ensure accuracy of all ECN components (BOM, Drawings, Revisions) in all necessary systems (MAX, paper filing, electronic storage, etc), maintaining documentation control.
Education/Experience: • ME Degree required • 3-5 yrs experience in RF/Microwave industry preferred • Experience using design tools, including SolidWorks and AutoCad preferred • Experience with documentation control • Ability and willingness to perform Documentation Control functions for the organization.
